How Many E-mails?

Or rather, how many e-mail addresses? I have six. But I won't divulge them here.

I check them all (except for two) very infrequently, and when I do there' s always something that I left behind. Some blogger webstats, something from John Kerry, something from a long ago missed friend. It's a dead letter office. All messages sanitized of their urgency, unlike all their other digital brothers. They're just sitting and waiting until I remember to check that e-mail address I used to complete the survey that gave me free long distance.

Likewise is the dead blog. I'm not checking these anymore, they are dead. Dead before they began. Aborted, even.
